Usually ear pain (kaan me dard) is caused by an infection or cold, but sometimes ear pain also occurs due to some other reasons. There is an Eustachian tube from the middle of the ear to the back of the throat. The Eustachian tube produces fluid between the ears, when the fluid production increases due to blockage of the tube, then pressure starts on the eardrum. This causes ear pain.
