The craze for Vicky Kaushal and Rashmika Mandanna’s film “Chhava” is not fading among fans. Released in theaters on February 14, the film continues to attract a large audience. Vicky Kaushal, portraying Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj, has impressed everyone, while the emotional storyline has deeply touched viewers. As a result, the film’s box office collection is rapidly increasing, breaking several records.
“Chhava” has crossed the ₹400 crore mark, and on its third Sunday, it made a massive jump, surpassing the records of many films. From its first day, the movie has been earning in double digits. While weekday collections have shown a slight dip, the film sees a significant surge every weekend.
This weekend was no different. On the third Saturday, “Chhava” surprised everyone by collecting ₹22 crore. However, it went even higher on Sunday, earning around ₹25 crore on its 17th day, according to early estimates. This pushed the total collection to ₹459.50 crore, making it highly likely that the film will cross ₹500 crore this week.
Notably, this is the first Vicky Kaushal film to achieve such a massive box office milestone.
