Safari’s 27 Years: Tata Launches Limited Stealth Edition of Safari & Harrier – Only 2,700 Units!

Tata Motors has launched the Stealth Edition of both the Safari and Harrier in the Indian market to celebrate 27 years of its iconic SUV, Safari. This limited edition will be available in only 2,700 units. It features a special matte black finish, new features, and advanced technology. The ex-showroom price of the Tata Harrier Stealth Edition starts at ₹25.09 lakh, while the Safari Stealth Edition starts at ₹25.74 lakh. This edition is specially designed for those who seek style and exclusivity in an SUV. Bookings are now open online and at all Tata dealerships. The company believes this edition will carry forward Safari’s legacy and attract new customers.
The most striking aspect of the Tata Safari and Harrier Stealth Edition is its matte black finish, which gives the SUV a unique and powerful look. Additionally, R19 black alloy wheels and the Stealth mascot make it even more stylish. The cabin features a carbon-nine theme, ventilated seats, and dual-zone automatic climate control. As impressive as it looks, the vehicle also offers a comfortable driving experience. In terms of technology, the Safari and Harrier Stealth Edition are well-equipped. It includes a 31.24 cm Harman touchscreen infotainment system, Arcade App Store, Alexa Home to Car connectivity, MapMyIndia navigation, a 26.03 cm digital instrument cluster, and a JBL 10-speaker audio system. These features enhance the overall driving experience.
Regarding performance, the Stealth Edition is powered by a Kryotec 2.0-liter BS6 Phase 2 turbocharged engine. This engine, paired with a 6-speed automatic transmission, delivers 170 PS of power. The Tata Safari and Harrier Stealth Edition also come equipped with Level 2+ ADAS, Electronic Stability Program, and seven airbags, among many other safety features. Notably, both the Harrier and Safari Stealth Editions are built on the OmegaArc platform, which is derived from Land Rover’s D8 platform, known for its strength and superior performance.
