Producer Bhushan Kumar announces the Diwali release of 'Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3', while sidestepping questions about its box office clash with 'Singham Again'.
At the trailer launch of ‘Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video’, T-Series Managing Director Bhushan Kumar officially announced the release date for Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3. The film is set to release in theaters on November 1, aligning with the Diwali festivities. When questioned about the potential box office clash with Singham Again, also releasing on the same date, Bhushan Kumar avoided delving into the topic. He simply said, “Today, we’re here to talk about Vicky Vidya’s trailer. But yes, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 will hit theaters on November 1, for sure.”
Earlier, Kartik Aaryan had dropped a teaser about Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3’s release date by sharing a video after wrapping up the film’s shoot with the caption, “See you this Diwali.”
The Bhool Bhulaiyaa franchise has already seen two successful films. The first, released in 2007 and directed by Priyadarshan, starred Akshay Kumar, Vidya Balan, Paresh Rawal, and others, grossing ₹83 crore and ranking as the 8th highest-grossing film of that year. The second part, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2, came out in 2022, with Kartik Aaryan replacing Akshay in the lead. Directed by Anees Bazmee, it grossed ₹266 crore globally.
