JioTag Go: Android Tracker Launched
Compact Bluetooth tracker with real-time location updates, priced at ₹1,499
Reliance Jio has launched the JioTag Go device, touted as India’s first tracker compatible with Google’s Find My Device network. This means Jio’s new tag can help prevent the loss of your Android device. Compact in size, the tracker is available on the Google Play Store and can be linked to the Google Find My Device app for real-time location updates.
The JioTag Go can be attached to keys, wallets, purses, luggage, gadgets, or even bikes. It comes in multiple color options and is available for purchase online and offline through platforms like Amazon, JioMart, Reliance Digital, and My Jio stores. During the launch offer, the JioTag Go is priced at ₹1,499, with its standard price set at ₹2,999. The tracker is available in four colors: Black, White, Yellow, and Orange. Buyers also receive a year-long battery life, an additional battery, and a lanyard with the tag.
Previously, Jio introduced JioTag Air for iOS users, which works with Apple’s Find My Network. Now, the company has launched JioTag Go specifically for Android users.
This Bluetooth-enabled tracker can be tagged to your belongings, allowing you to track their location directly from your phone’s screen. Using a map interface, it also shows the distance between your current location and the tagged item. Additionally, the tag includes a built-in 120 dB speaker to help locate lost items via sound. Unlike some other trackers, the JioTag Go doesn’t require a SIM card and weighs just 77 grams.
