Ajay Devgn Confirms Drishyam 3, Shaitan 2, and More Sequels

Ajay Devgn is currently celebrating the success of Singham Again, but he’s also announcing a string of upcoming films. His hit thriller Drishyam and supernatural film Shaitan have already captivated audiences, and now he’s preparing for the next chapters: Drishyam 3 and Shaitan 2. This news has excited fans, who eagerly await their release.
In an exclusive interview with Pinkvilla, Devgn provided updates on these franchises, saying, “Shaitan 2 is currently being written, and a team is also working on the next Drishyam film.” He also confirmed that sequels for De De Pyaar De, Son of Sardaar, Dhamaal, and Golmaal are in progress.
Devgn noted, “This is the era of sequels. Audiences are keen to see what happens next, and they develop such a bond with the characters that they trust the experience these films offer.” He also celebrated Singham Again crossing the 100-crore mark, attributing this success to the love of his fans, which, he said, keeps actors going.
In the same interview, director Rohit Shetty hinted at the idea of creating a comedy with Akshay Kumar and Ajay Devgn. Ajay agreed, calling it a great idea. The two had worked together in the 90s, and fans would love to see their chemistry on screen once again.
