IHRC France Established in Ris-Orangis to Advance Human Rights in Europe

The International Human Rights Council (IHRC) Through the tireless efforts of Dr. Sunny Shah, founder of the International Human Rights Council, and the vision of Dr. Haisam Bou-Said (High Representative of Foreign Affairs – Head of the International Mission of the International Human Rights Council, accredited by the United Nations with ECOSOC Special Status) and Under the leadership of its Director General and Special Envoy, Mrs. Emerence Yengo Nsasi has established its French branch, IHRC France, on October 28, 2024 in Ris-Orangis.

This new institution, located at the Iris Business Center in Ris-Orangis, marks a major milestone for advancing human rights in France and Europe. Leading this initiative, Madame Emerence YENGO NSASI, Director General of IHRC France, brings her experience, determination, and bold vision to the organization.
