Kapoor Family Celebrates Raj Kapoor’s Centenary

December 14 marks the 100th birth anniversary of the legendary Raj Kapoor, and the Kapoor family has planned grand celebrations to honor this milestone. Ahead of a film festival dedicated to the actor, 15 members of the Kapoor family visited Delhi and met with Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Videos and pictures of this meeting are going viral on social media, sparking curiosity about the family members present in the photos.

While many can easily recognize Kareena Kapoor, Karisma Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, and Ranbir Kapoor, there are others whose identities might not be as well-known. Here’s a breakdown of the family members present during the meeting with PM Modi:

Who’s Who in the Photo?

Starting from the left in the group photo, the man in the blue coat is Armaan Jain, the elder son of Manoj Jain and Reema Jain, who is Raj Kapoor’s daughter. Beside him is his wife, Anissa Malhotra Jain. The man in the black coat is Aadar Jain, Reema’s younger son. Reema Jain’s husband, Manoj Jain, also joined the meeting.

Although Ritu Nanda has passed away, her children, Nikhil Nanda and Natasha Nanda, represented her. Nikhil Nanda, married to Amitabh Bachchan’s daughter Shweta Bachchan Nanda, has two children, Navya and Agastya. Ranbir Kapoor’s sister Riddhima Kapoor Sahni was also present at the meeting, accompanied by her husband, Bharat Sahni.

Film Festival to Celebrate Raj Kapoor

To commemorate Raj Kapoor’s centenary, a film festival will be held from December 13 to December 15. His iconic movies will be screened across 40 cities and 135 theaters, celebrating the timeless legacy of this cinematic legend.
